I have to say I was a true believer until around 12. All my friends by that age seemed to accept there was no Santa, but I refused to give up the fantasy. I say no need to divulge the truth. I think he'll make it obvious when he no longer believes. Then again I have no kids so what do I know. I guess it probably sucks having to sneak around on Christmas Eve too when you'd rather just sleep!
